We are an expanding, busy specialist printers. You will be able to assist with the smooth running
of the office and “getting things done.” You need to have a conscientious attitude and a meticulous
approach to getting details right. One of your main jobs will be to update and maintain our work schedule and to process
and enter orders, adding details from customer records. It's a busy environment and you need to be able
to concentrate and make sure all the details required by our designers and printers are absolutely correct. You also
need to be able to do this with reasonable speed!
Excellent customer care and communication skills will be important, as, along with others,
you will be dealing with telephone enquiries and taking orders. You will also need a positive, can do
attitude, a good sense of humour, and excellent numeracy, literacy, and computer skills (particularly Excel - our main work schedule is produced in a spreadsheet, Access, Word
and Outlook). Knowledge and practical experience of Sage Line 50 or similar would be an advantage.
If you don't have experience of all these programmes don't
worry as training will be given! It is more important for us to find the right person with the right attitude and attention
to detail.
We have a small friendly team where everyone
helps each other. You must be able to fit in with the team.
The job will be 16 to 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
If you feel that you are the person we are looking
for, in the first instance please send your C.V. with a covering letter to the following email address:
